Motorcycling and related activities are inherently dangerous and carry a significant risk of injury or death. While our armored riding gear is designed to provide an added level of protection, no product can eliminate all risks associated with riding. By purchasing, using, or wearing this product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All armoured gear is made-to-order.

3-4 week arrival time to your doorstep.

If you no longer want your armoured product/s from your order, you have exactly 24 hours to request a cancellation from the time you purchased the item.

Once this time has passed, the manufacturing would have begun - meaning there is no longer a chance for you to apply for your cancellation.

1. No Guarantee of Injury Prevention

  • This gear is not a guarantee against injury or death.
  • Protective elements (including CE-rated armor, abrasion-resistant fabrics, and reflective materials) are intended to reduce the severity of certain impacts and abrasions, not to fully prevent them.

2. Proper Use Required

  • Gear must be worn correctly, securely fastened, and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Improper fit, misuse, modification, or wear and tear can significantly reduce protective performance.

3. Inspection and Maintenance

  • Regularly inspect all protective gear before use.
  • Replace any gear that shows signs of damage, wear, compromised stitching, or impact to protective armor.
  • Protective components may lose effectiveness over time and should be replaced as recommended.

4. Compliance and Certification

  • Where stated, armor and protective elements may comply with specific CE or other international standards.
  • Certification applies only to the protective components themselves, not to the overall garment.
  • Standards may vary by region, and compliance does not imply absolute protection.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • The manufacturer, distributor, and retailer shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from:
    • Accidents or crashes while wearing the gear.
    • Incorrect use, negligence, or modification of the product.
    • Use beyond the intended purpose (motorcycling and related activities).
  • By purchasing and/or using this gear, the wearer assumes full responsibility and risk for their safety while riding.

6. User Responsibility

  • Always ride within your limits and obey traffic laws.
  • No protective gear is a substitute for safe riding practices, training, or sound judgment.
  • The rider is solely responsible for their actions and decisions on the road.
